3. Which data do we collect?

When you fill in one of our forms (contact, quotation, maintenance, repair or job application) we collect: • identification data: first and last name • contact data: email address, phone number • location data: street, house number, postcode and city (for quotation, maintenance and repair requests) • information you provide voluntarily: description of your request, type of work, urgency • for job applications: motivation text and CV sent by email

We do not collect data automatically beyond technically required server logs (IP address, browser info), which we keep for a maximum of 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

4. Why do we use your data?

We process your data exclusively to: • handle your request and get in touch with you • plan a quotation, maintenance visit or repair • execute the agreement resulting from your request (planning, invoicing, warranty) • for applications: evaluate your candidacy • comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, warranty requirements)

5. Legal basis

We process your data based on: • your consent (form submissions, applications) • performance of the contract arising from your request • our legal obligations (accounting, tax) • our legitimate interest in managing and improving our services

6. Who receives your data?

Your data is shared only with: • ADS BV staff involved in handling your request • subcontractors/technicians performing specific work for us (bound by confidentiality) • our IT processors: Supabase (database & storage, EU region) and Vercel (hosting). A data processing agreement is in place with both. • government authorities when legally required

We never sell your data to third parties and do not use it for commercial prospecting beyond our own service offering.

7. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected: • Quotation requests without follow-up: 2 years • Customer data (work performed): 10 years (tax and statutory warranty obligations) • Job applications: 1 year after closing the procedure, unless you give consent for longer storage • Server logs: maximum 30 days

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you always have the right to: • access your data • have incorrect or incomplete data corrected • have data deleted when no longer needed • restrict or object to processing • receive your data in a structured format (portability) • withdraw a previously given consent
