How does a repair work?
For urgent reports it is best to call us — that way we can immediately assess how quickly we can come. For less urgent breakdowns this form is enough; we'll fit you into a free slot.
On arrival we diagnose the problem and discuss the repair beforehand. For small repairs we charge an hourly rate + materials; for larger breakdowns we prepare a quote first.
