Why regular maintenance?
A well-maintained heating system consumes less, lasts longer and stays safe. In Flanders, maintenance is legally required: yearly for oil boilers, every two years for gas boilers. We give every appliance a thorough check, replace small parts where needed, and deliver the legal certificate.
We also perform Cerga inspections of gas installations — required for new construction, substantial renovation and at sale. The certificate is delivered immediately.
Service contract
A service contract takes the administration off your hands: we contact you on time, plan the appointment and keep your history.
